A New Occupational Health and Safety Standard: ISO 45001. ISO 45001 will replace OHSAS 18001 in 2017 (currently proposed timeframe for final publication). ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems – Requirements) is a new workplace safety standard. It will replace the current standard, OHSAS 18001.
